1 cup (140 g) cashews soaked overnight and drained
1/4 cup (55 g) lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup (85 g) water
2/3 cup (95 g) ice
pinch of onion powder
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
