This month, the Angels want us to take a moment to pause and acknowledge how much work we've really been doing to effect change. Every single thing that we do to make ourselves lives better, to make ourselves better, and to move deeper into our spirituality actually sends a ripple effect around the planet and allows that energy to be accessible to others who are looking to create similar changes.
May brought a really big shift in the amount of love and light energy we could feel coming to this planet. This is going to continue, and in June, it's important to create the space for fun and joy. Joy is the highest vibrating energy that we can hold in this incarnation, at this time. The Angels want us to realize that it is part of our job to bring ourselves into that state. This also gives us a break from all of the work we're doing. We don't need our spiritual work to start to feel like work. (We do enough of that.) Sometimes, we need to take a breath—a pause.
Until recently, we've looked at our soul’s expansion in a way that had us running uphill on a treadmill for as much time as we could. Then we'd get to a point where we just couldn't go anymore and it would be like a plateau—or more likely a crash. So we'd have to rest and allow the integration and expansion to take root. Our spiritual body would move at a faster pace than our mental and emotional bodies, which would often move at a faster pace than our physical body. So time would allow all of our energies to catch up to each other so that we could hold this new vibration and function from this new place.
That is no longer necessary, yet so many of us are still operating from that old program. The good news is that this is something that's integrating more and more this month. This is a divine dispensation of sorts and the Angels are willing to have us work with them to help this to be an ease- and grace-filled process.
Having some fun is a great way to allow this process to happen in the background. When we're having fun, we're in a high vibration of energy and this stuff can just happen and *poof* suddenly we’re integrated.
Many people have no idea what they like to do for fun or how to function in joy. If you feel this way, you are not alone. Think back to when you were a child. What was it that you liked to do before you got called to be more responsible? (Note: This happened too early for a many of us.) Was it just laying on your back looking up at the clouds? Drawing? Painting? Running around? This will give you a starting point to finding your bliss.

During my preparation for this video, the Angels led me to a passage of writing from the late 1500s by Saint Teresa of Avila speaking about the necessity for fun if you are someone who has an intense spiritual practice. The passage says, “Take my advice if you start to feel the swooning [the spiritual overwhelm]. Tell your spiritual guide, then try to do something just for fun.”
Remember what happens when we spend all of our time working without play. We become dull, tired, and grey as opposed to being vibrant and filled with color. Our creativity becomes blocked because we keep pushing it off for some later time and/or we will spend time doing creative activities that are led by somebody else. We're being creative within someone else's framework. Our systems are calling to us to open the creative aspect of ourselves so that our intuitive guidance can increase. When our creative self is more open, and we're more in tune with that energetic flow, our intuitive self, our guidance, our angels can get in touch with us even more.
Many have a fear of going into creativity. We've told ourselves the stories about not being creative, not being able to sing, not being good at drawing or painting, just to keep ourselves from going there and immersing ourselves in the fullness of our power and existing in a state of free-flowing grace. .
Sometimes, we're afraid of opening these floodgates because we've heard stories of people getting completely swept away in their artistic ability and becoming completely ungrounded and out of touch with what's going on in “reality.” Some of us have such a hard time getting grounded as it is, that we're afraid this will exacerbate that problem. The Angels are saying that this is not the time for that. Creative flow is a necessity for us to show up in the world and be the change, to hold the energy that we know we're here to hold.
In June, as you notice yourself having the desire to dance, to sing, to just do something for fun, do it. This is your intuitive self and your Angelic helpers speaking to you about what you need to create flow.
We've seen what happens when we try to force things in our lives. The energy of attachment and grasping puts a kink in the hose of flow, abundance, ease and grace. We create flow when we step back, take a breath, and allow the things we are creating to have some breathing room.
This is what's going to be happening for us, especially towards the end of the month. The energetics that we've put into manifestation of things, that we've put into the desire for things in our own lives and for the whole of the planet, will actually have more momentum as we start to allow ourselves to take space and separate from them a little bit. When we allow ourselves to do something that feeds us—just because we enjoy doing it.
When we do nothing but work, this surplus of energy does not exist. We need to remember this even if (or especially if) we enjoy our work. When we love what we're doing, we want to do more and more of it. If we don't take time away, we can actually have a strangling effect on the energetic flow of the work. It's really necessary for us to take a little time and space to nurture ourselves, allow the work to nurture itself, and then we can come back together in a way that has us both well-sourced and ready to go.
So, the message is to have fun. Do something for your own enjoyment, to get yourself back to a state of joy, to allow yourself to separate. Take a breath so that you're not just working, but you can actually be the change.
The ability to receive and process intuitive hits, downloads, and messages is increasing. It's becoming much more instantaneous.This can only happen when our creativity is open—when we're in a space of fun and joy.
