Many, many people throughout the world, whether identifying as spiritual or not, are finding it extremely difficult to go back to doing the same thing they were doing before the pandemic.
This period of intense focus and going within has made it seemingly impossible for people to tolerate misalignment. We've realized what's truly important and are taking the steps to bring our lives into alignment with our ideals.
So, who are you called to be now?
How are you feeling that you want or need to show up?

For many years, we've been saying to the Divine, “I just want to be of service, please use me.” The Angels have been telling us in no uncertain terms, that it's no longer the way things operate. It's time for us to consider our own well-being.
When we ask our Angels for clarity of purpose, they always ask what brings us joy and makes us happy. It's time for us to allow ourselves to be considered in the mix.
This new paradigm requires that we show up differently, becoming more aligned with what our soul is asking of us now. These adjustments can show up in small ways or in very, very big ways.
So, what wants to shift and change in your life?
Have you given these feelings the space to express or have you panicked and shut them out?
What was asked of us before is not the same as what's needed from us now. The whole world is different, and the vibration is different. What we were doing before had value but may not hold the same weight in the world as it exists today.
In order to step deeper into our souls' missions, things need to be adjusted. We've intuitively known this was happening in our energy fields and emotions, but now these changes are happening outside of us, as well.
I'm no different from you. This is showing up in my life, too.
You probably already know that I'm a student, and a practitioner of Ayurveda, the science of life. It helped me to reestablish my health, vitality, and vibrancy, and it makes my heart sing.
I've known for many years that it is my calling to deepen my work, studies, learning and focus within this system. It lights me up, and, you have probably observed, that I can go on about anything involving Ayurveda for hours.
Last year, in the middle of the pandemic, I got the message that it’s time. And so, beginning in September, I’ll be deepening my studies with my teacher of Ayurveda.
This will require adjustments within my work and I will be showing up differently here, allotting the proper time to class and studies. It's exciting because so many things are opening up and changing for the better, and there will be new opportunities for us to work together.
Of course, the Angels aren't going anywhere. They are the healing beings that I work with in every capacity and are always a huge part of my work!
They’ve been repeatedly telling us that when we get guidance that feels aligned to us, even when it makes no sense on paper and defies our mental logic, that's our True Guidance.
What I'm stepping into is an example of that. Changing everything around so I can go study full time is not ideal. It makes no logical sense, but it feels right, and I never doubt my Guidance. (I might argue, but I don't doubt it.) The only time(s) things have gone incredibly wrong and have taken disproportionate amounts of energy in my life have occurred when I didn't listen to my guidance.
In my life, I’ve been blessed to be able to choose the professionals, teachers, and mentors who live exactly what they teach. This is integrity, and it’s my highest value. Everything that I bring to you has to be of the highest quality and have that level of alignment.
This choice is no different. I'm studying with the best of the best so that I can bring exactly that to you. I've chosen a lineage based on devotion and connection with the Divine, and I can honestly say that I've learned more from watching my teacher pray than I’ve learned from almost anything else in my life.
I recommend that we all choose this way in our own lives. Is the person we're hiring living what they teach? If they're an acupuncturist, do they get acupuncture treatments? If they're a doctor, do they have their own medical care team? If they’re a mentor, do they have their own mentor?
But Whyyyyy More Change?
Part of the why of our shifting purpose is that there’s increased expansion, and the world is in need and ready for you. Universe is always expanding, but the last year-and-a-half has opened the door to much faster growth than we would have experienced otherwise.
We need to embrace a more all-encompassing perspective, including parts of our soul and experience that we might not have been required to tap into or bring forth had things happened any other way. This opening is changing the way we are able to show up. We're evolving more quickly.
As sensitives, our energy and vibrancy are key to our success—and the success of our soul’s mission—in this world. Our health is directly correlated to this.
For many, it's been much more comfortable to go out of body than to stay present because that's been our default response to pain and discomfort that ran too deep. Now, in this new paradigm, we need to be much more embodied. We need to be in the here and now so that we can be in communion with our inspiration.
It's for us to make friends with this miraculous physical expression that we’ve chosen this lifetime so that we can ground in and take the steps we're being asked to take. As we see the issues coming up in our world, we can see how varying perspectives need to start weaving themselves together so that we can see the bigger picture and come up with adequate solutions,
The End of Myopia
The way through is to broaden our perspective instead of looking through one lens.
As we’ve seen in the health crisis in the past year-and-a-half, myopia has made things very difficult to manage. There were factors we weren't seeing or considering in terms of crisis prevention, treatment, and patient care.
We were learning as we went, and this was one of the lessons. As we move forward and the world faces different challenges than we have before, being able to consider more factors and perspectives will provide a more all-encompassing view and seeing the bigger picture will create a better outcome for everyone.
My personal experience has required that I become part of this conversation—the one that weaves the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of healing together—in a more profound way. In order for us to do that, we, as the healers of the world need to be able to have a dialogue that can be understood by other professionals and healers that are already seeing through their own lens.
Earlier this year, when I lost my cousin and my good friend on the same day, I could only think of how much their experience of dying would have been improved if there was an Ayurvedic or a naturopathic professional in the hospital working with their teams of allopathic medical professionals. Having a greater scope of information to consider would have made choices easier and more obvious and could have increased the understanding of why things were and weren't happening the way we thought they should.
I wish that they could have had the peace that this unity of systems, this bigger and brighter voice, and more all-encompassing understanding would have brought to them.
Opening up conversations to include more voices and perspectives is our way through all. of. the. issues. we face.
How Do I Breathe Again?
Many people have been feeling paralysis as they are processing the feelings and sadness that all of the losses and deaths have left behind.
It can be overwhelming and moving forward can feel impossible. We might have to live one breath at a time for a bit.
The Angels are encouraging us to continue living our lives by embracing those whom we've lost and living more fully in their name—when we are ready.
That is what I'm choosing to do. I've decided to step more into my joy and my purpose, to follow my guidance—even though it doesn't necessarily make sense. It feels right.
I'm here in service to you and the other sensitives and lighthouses that need to bring their messages and healing energy out to the world.
Do what makes your heart sing.
This life is too short to do anything else. Take the pain you feel, take the confusion and the upset, and turn it into something beautiful.
