We’re currently in the thick of it—no longer moving towards the new paradigm, but standing within it, and things function don’t function the same way they did before. Different rules apply. Different things are required of us. And for this reason, the Angels are asking us to become more proactive—to take care of things as they come up in subtle ways, so that we don't have to wait for the crisis or intense pain to address them.
In the past, we’ve been mostly reactive because so much time and energy went to helping others, and that’s not the way this paradigm works. We need to be filled up before we can assist others. We’ve all heard this recommendation before, but the Angels have said that serving from a place of deficit is no longer an option. It will not be allowed. So, it is imperative that we check in with our bodies and systems daily to see what’s needed and nurture ourselves accordingly.

In this way, we’ll be able to live our purpose and experience joy and fulfillment.
We’ve overlooked the fact that we simply can't reach an enlightened state, be in this lighter energy, or reach ascension if there are any imbalances in our system—physical, mental, emotional or spiritual—for a long time. This imbalanced energy needs to be rectified first.
This is why so much has been coming forward for us as individuals and as a planet. Things that have been hiding or buried in our bodies are letting us know that they’re there so that we have the opportunity to address, rectify, or release them. This will enable us to move into this newer, lighter energy. Yet, our future is our choice. We can choose to ignore them and stay exactly where we are. The ability to move deeper into the new energy depends on this decision
Thoughts, memories, or physical symptoms—they can’t come with you. You haven’t done anything wrong or incorrectly. These things are simply showing themselves your knowledge and understanding. If you want to continue on the path, you'll need to move through or past them.
The Angels also want to remind us that we’re all equally capable when it comes to communicating with them. Your requests and conversations with them are heard just as well as any other person’s. Every single one of us is always heard and answered. The difference is in how well we’re able to receive what we’ve asked for, understand our messages, and appreciate synchronicities that are happening for us. It's our clarity that makes all the difference.
How much is in the way of our ability to receive? This dictates how difficult or how easy it will be for us to get our memos. So, if you don't feel that you are communicating well with your Angels, or aren’t sure you're being heard, it’s because you haven't been able to observe the response. Ask yourself, “What’s in the way?” Then observe the answer.
We need to pay attention to which sense we look to for our answers. Maybe we’re going to our vision and our natural inclination is to hear. When we open to all of the senses, and we can begin to see clearly which one is predominant. Maybe there's a synchronicity happening, but we are looking for a certain smell instead, which causes us to miss it. Pay attention to all of the ways that answers can be coming.
Once we figure out which sense is our most natural, we begin to look to that one first and trust that ability. Then we play with it and grow to trust our abilities more and more. As we begin to trust that sense implicitly, all of our other gifts can begin to open for us to explore, as well—in Divine Timing, of course.
Each of us houses a piece of the Divine in the beautiful vessel (body) that we have chosen in this lifetime, and it’s that exact same divine energy that inspires us. When we receive inspiration, we don't necessarily have to worry about acting on it immediately—especially if it feels overwhelming. We can ask our Angels to assist us, and what will come next is the guidance for a step towards the “how.” The path will be laid before us step by step, and everything that we need will be provided to us if we follow our guidance.
The same divine energy that inspires also provides, and it’s time to rest more fully in trust, especially because the guidance for our next steps comes moment-to-moment in this paradigm. The only way to be that open is to have full trust in the knowing that putting one foot in front of the other will result in our being led, and the right opportunities will appear.
We are provided for. That is the promise. We are never forgotten and are always held. We just need to heed our inspiration and follow through. The trust and the knowingness that everything will fall in line when we take the action will help us to do so.
Sometimes spiritual people get stuck with the action part. We expect to sit and meditate and for things to just come to us. While that is a very important part of the process, we forget about the need to move energy physically—to take action. We are always inspired to take some sort of action, even a minute one, in order to start or expand the flow. In this way, when we do sit to meditate it has greater impact. The channels are open as we call things into our experience. We’ve shown Universe that we’re ready.
The next step can be shown to us and we can act on it in our time. So it's constant movement, piece by piece. The next step will never be shown before we have enough Angelic support to take it. All that is needed will appear.
Our Angels also want to remind us that it’s incredibly important to do everything we do with love, devotion, and openness. Let's say you're going to a job that you don't necessarily enjoy every day. While you need to still be there (or in whatever situation you find yourself) and are waiting for the guidance about your next step, it’s important that you create as much joy as possible*.
When you do something with joy and devotion, whatever you're doing becomes a prayer, a living meditation that expands you.
If you show up every day with the idea that you don't want to be there and would rather be anywhere else, your energy contracts. You go into your energetic shell. When you show up to that same situation with a different outlook, and say to your Angels, “I would honestly rather be anywhere else, BUT, since we are here, show me how we can bring as much joy and love as possible to every task that I do today.”
Then intend that everyone you interact with, or is in any way connected to the task you are doing, be blessed by this work. You're then impacting the lives of countless people and are able to be the force of healing that you’re here to be. You're living an aspect of your purpose that you’ve been ignoring, even though you might be doing something seemingly unrelated.
You begin infusing more of who-you-truly are into the same tasks you've been doing forever. This allows you to bring more love and devotion into your life and feel expanded. When we’re in that state of openness, it becomes possible for us to receive our guidance.
The minute you change your attitude and create this expansive energy, things begin to shift. You’ll see that there was guidance there all along, but that your contracted state prevented you from receiving it.
This applies to every scenario we find ourselves in—conversations with loved ones or with ourselves, making dinner, changing a diaper—anything that you do day to day. These are opportunities for you to be on-purpose and become comfortable shining more of your soul outward.
We are also asked to show up with love, devotion, dedication, and regularity to our spiritual practice. We don't know when the payoff will come, but if we are able to show up with joy and let go of expectation, things flow much more easily. We drop the constriction that comes with judgement and need for reward and open to the miraculous.
For example, if we are showing up to meditation practice thinking, “I have to meditate for five minutes, then I have to make my shopping list, get the kids ready for school, and make breakfast.” We are probably just showing up and doing things by rote because it’s part of our routine. It’s still beneficial, but probably not fulfilling.
If we can come in with the mindset, “I get to meditate for five minutes. How lucky am I?” And then are fully present and in joy, love, and devotion, it will be much easier for energy to move and for our Angels, messages, and guidance to reach us. This is how we're being asked to show up to everything we do at this time.
This won’t be easy or possible every day, but our Angels are there to help us.
They’re here all the time, we just need to ask for their assistance. Nothing is too much or off-limits.
