There's much to be said about 2021, and I’m hearing words like loss, standing still, self-examination. Yet this was also a year of incredible amounts of self-work and growth. We’ve made it through and moved forward by leaps and bounds, though we might not be seeing that outwardly reflected in the collective just yet.
This year required deep surrender into the unknown and Trust in the Divine. We also had no choice but to trust our guidance. 2021 definitely provided us the chance to use all of our tools and to see which ones still fit which ones it might be time to put on the shelf.
We also saw very clearly all of the labels to which we are attached as they caused inner and outer conflict in our lives. Our attachment created many rifts in relationships, some ending abruptly because of unwillingness to communicate through and sit with the tough stuff. This helped us to come face-to-face with the fear of our own voice as we moved into these patterns of avoidant behavior, shutting down or making excuses to avoid conflict.
Even those of us who were shouting our opinions from the rooftops became unwilling to look beyond our narrow scope or hear another person. It’s just easier not to—but in the end, is it really? We are just going to have that karmic experience again and again until we can…
As a whole, humanity lost sight of what was truly important because we allowed ourselves to become distracted.
So, what’s next?

2022 promises to be an interesting year, and the Angels have a lot to say as we begin it. We need to find acceptance and understanding of each other as we continue to split into our different realities (3, 4, and 5D). In this way, the shift will be less painful. (Note: The Angels actually say 4 and 5D, but from where I sit within humanity, there’s no way some of this is not 3D!)
We’re going to coexist on this plane as our worlds divide, seeing each other but living in different realities. The tremendous chasm in communication (it’s moved well beyond a gap) that you’ve been perceiving is real. You're existing in one world and the person you might be speaking to is in another.
Remember, our thoughts and our focus create our reality, no matter what. The important thing for us now is to understand and accept that our realities don’t have to match. It’s not our job to convince anyone that they're wrong or that they need to see things our way.
It can be scary letting someone go into the world of their choosing if it’s not the same one as ours, but our souls need different experiences.
Understanding this lets us choose whether we are willing to relate. This might not always be possible, in which case you can communicate through the end of or the pause in a relationship.
This is the way forward. Endings with love, openness, and honesty are very important as we have both feet inside this new paradigm.
On the Fight…
If we are fighting anything at all, inside or outside, fear Is present in our experience. All humanity is fighting this same battle with fear, regardless of perspective. We each look at life through the lens of our own experience, but the commonality is the struggle that we face, all the time—especially now—choosing Love over fear.
On Finding Ourselves…
Losing ourselves in the day-to-day is easy, especially when we feel and process so much and help and care for so many others. This month, it's really important for you to reconnect with you—not the you that existed two or even five years ago, but the you that exists right now. It’s time to en-joy this world as who you actually are.
The work that we do and the experiences we have continuously change us. Sitting with who we are now, knowing our desires and what’s important to us helps us know where to focus our energy. In this way, we can stop spreading ourselves so thin that we don't have enough energy to manifest what we truly want.
When we’ve outgrown spiritual practices or disciplines, we often keep trying to go back. We convince ourselves that it's not working because we’re doing something wrong, instead of acknowledging the growth that has us ready to move on to the next thing. Celebrating our forward momentum instead of looking back opens the door to our next steps being made clear to us.
Remember, what we do inwardly we do outwardly. So, if we’re holding ourselves back by staying with practices that don't serve anymore, we’re doing the same in other areas of our lives, continuously returning to things that no longer fit our experience. This causes frustration, stagnation, and drains the finite resource of our available energy. It holds us back, and when we hold ourselves back, we do the same to the world.
The Missing Link
The missing step in spiritual development is often working with the physical body. The beautiful bodies we’ve chosen in this lifetime need to be prepared to hold the increased frequencies and next right vibrations we’ll be anchoring to the planet. We need to be physically strong and pure enough to do so.
Indoctrination often causes us to believe that the body is secondary—it’s just the car our soul is riding in this lifetime. In truth, the body is the vehicle that is transporting the soul, and it’s up to us to properly maintain it! Think about what happens when you don't properly maintain your car, forgetting to change the oil, fuel it properly, or charge it. You simply can't get you to your destination because you break down way before you get there.
If you don’t take care of it and acknowledge the body’s importance in your process, it becomes impossible for you to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you’re going—where you’re destined to be. Plus, you chose the body you came in with because it is exactly right for your mission!
Strengthen yourself by making friends with your body and your body elemental, and you’ll be amazed at how much ease and grace comes into your life. The battle you probably didn’t even realize you were waging ends, and you’ll experience much more peace.
It's as simple as this: if you don't care for your body, you won't get to the higher frequencies.
Your life is your choice
We get to choose what our lives look like. This has always been true, and right now the higher frequencies and the disappearance of the veils between realms makes it easier to do. We are no longer victims to things outside of us, and get to choose every single piece of our experience. The Universe is rallying behind us to assist in our creation of the world, life, and of everything else that we desire for ourselves and for the planet. Don’t like something? Choose differently.
When we’re happy and in joy, that’s the energy we radiate. Simply by existing, we invite others into a new vibration. Our energy spills over into their experience and proves there is something different.
We’ve cleared a lot of our stumbling blocks through the intense amounts of internal work we’ve done. This is good because the Angels want us to be prepared as collective resistance will be increased. Whenever there is great forward momentum, the ”great resistance” tries to pull back into an old way of being because, fear. We’ve already experienced it so we know what to expect. It seems safe, but we can also rely on seeing the same things perpetually created and destroyed as the same problems come up over and over again.
Our invitation here is to ride the waves instead of getting swept up in them. All of our tools were created exactly for this moment, and we know how to do this. We are leading by example, and as we do so, we become the candles that help melt the ice of fear from people's hearts.
These last two years have been a true boot camp for this as we needed to tune deeply into ourselves. There are many ways for energies to reach us, create confusion, and pull us away from our vision, and the recent past has given us no choice but to focus inward—on who we are what feels true, synthesizing those things from outside of us as we run them through our heart monitor and take what resonates and leave the rest.
When we can remain unruffled and unconvinced by anything that feels misaligned, we can move forward with a sense of calm centeredness because we are in tune. Confusion causes us to move frantically in a zigzag pattern and nothing gets focused on or completed because we miss the signs that point us in the right direction. Our distractedness causes us to lose track of our inner compass thus losing our way along our path.
We'll always find our way back, but how much time do we want to spend doing so when we could just be focused and moving forward on the path that was meant for us?
It’s our time to come totally into Divine alignment. It will be much much harder to have anything in your life that does not resonate with you. Universe is conspiring to remove as many of those things from our experience as possible, but it's necessary for you to listen in and act. This way you can avoid having to release them in a way that could be painful, or at the very least annoying. Allow them to fall away with love, grateful for how they served. Honor your growth and your process by resisting the fight and letting them go.
On Letting Go…
When we surrender, the Divine caries us. Our Angels bring us to exactly the next right place. There's more synchronicity and harmony. Relationships get easier and the people you've been wanting to attract can find you since your frequency is not being obscured by wayward energies.
If you're feeling uncomfortable with something, and it feels contractive, then it's not aligned for you. This is different than the discomfort that comes when you’re being stretched beyond your comfort zone, where there’s expansiveness and an element of joyful excitement beneath the eek. Learning to discern between these feelings will allow you to understand without a doubt what's right for you and what's not.
If you get confused and miss something that's right for you, your Angels will bring it back. It may look different but the same growth will come from the opportunity. They want us to understand that though all of this is happening in an accelerated manner, things will still happen at the pace that is right for us. Don't let the fear of things happening too quickly that you are hopelessly overwhelmed hold you back. Your Angels have you.
They want us to know how loved we are how supported we are and how brightly we shine. They see us already inhabiting the energy that we're growing into, and they want us to know that they're holding the vision for and with us. They will do whatever it takes, whatever we ask of them to help bring us to the next exact right place.
That feels really complete from our Angels for this month.
