We’ve been chatting about the rise of the Divine Feminine for years now. A dear friend reminded me that she first remembers me speaking about it back in 2018. When energy surges, it takes time to come to balance, but guess what? We're in that balancing phase now.
Even those who’ve been champions of fear and separation are receiving this Divine activation. Yes, even those on the global stage promoting fear are beginning to shed their old ways. It is, after all, a heart-centered new paradigm!

The Divine Feminine needs you. She’s rising within, calling for balance and alignment, which necessitates clearing out old programming. It’s time to be present in your life. No more rushing around—just be. here. now.
Grounding and Embracing the Divine Feminine
Grounding through our physical senses is a fantastic way to stay present. Here are some delightful ways to do just that:
• Gratitude, Gratitude, Gratitude: Start with gratitude for your amazing body, your health, and your personal body elemental.
• Fragrance Fun: Surround yourself with delightful scents—essential oils, fresh flowers, or the aroma of baking cookies.
• Color Your World: Fill your space with colors that make your heart sing.
• Nature's Symphony: Listen to the soothing sounds of nature—the birds, the crickets, the rustling trees. All of nature, really.
• Musical Magic: Tune into music that soothes and uplifts you.
• Touch and Feel: Indulge in fabrics and textures that feel amazing on your skin. Whether it’s a silky top, grass under your feet, or a cozy blanket, embrace it.
• Nourishing Foods: Eat fresh, whole foods full of life force. Prepare them with love and in a way that indulges all of your senses, then savor every bite.
• Move Joyfully: Move your body in ways that bring you joy—dance, stretch, run, leap, or roll on your yoga mat.
These simple, often overlooked practices can have a profound effect on our joy, connection, and daily success.
