Feeling Stuck? Here’s Your Guide to Shifting Your Energy FAST!

Have you ever felt like you’re stuck in cement? Like your ideas, energy, or motivation are just... not moving? I get it. For sensitive, creative, world-changing souls, this can be extra frustrating because you know you're meant for more.

But here’s the thing—feeling stuck is just a story your body and mind are telling you. The way out doesn’t need to be as complicated as it seems. Let’s flip the script today!

1. Move Your Body to Move Your Mind
First things first: If you want to change a thought, move a muscle.

Movement breaks up stagnation—physically, mentally, and energetically.

Right now, try this: Stand up, shake out your hands and feet, bounce gently on your toes, or do a few deep knee bends. Even rolling your shoulders or stretching your neck can make a big difference.

Better yet—take a walk outside! This isn't about pushing yourself with a hardcore workout. It’s about signaling to your body and brain that it's time to move, not stay stuck.

2. Love Your Lymph
Feeling sluggish? It might not just be in your head. It could be your lymphatic system needing a little support.

The lymphatic system is like your body’s garbage barge—it removes toxins—but here’s the catch: It doesn’t have its own pump. Movement is what keeps it flowing. Your heart helps it circulate!

Here’s how you can support your lymphatic flow:
 • Eat red foods like berries, beets, cherries, and pomegranates. (Anything that’ll stain your hands red!)
 • Add fennel (fresh or as tea) and dark leafy greens to your meals.
 • Probiotics and fermented foods support digestion, which directly boosts lymphatic flow.

If you’re chilling on the couch, try a little self-massage to stimulate your lymph and get it moving. Curious about where it's stuck? Look for cellulite—it’s often a clue!

3. Take Imperfect Action
This one is huge—stop waiting for clarity, confidence, or the "perfect" moment. Action creates clarity.

As Janelle Monae says, "Perfectionism is the enemy of greatness." It’s also the enemy of progress!

I’ve seen people hold back amazing work because it wasn’t "perfect." Meanwhile, a friend sent an unformatted email with solid info and got an incredible response. Why? Because she took imperfect action.

So, what's one small thing you can do right now? Write the first sentence. Make the call. Record the messy first draft. Clarity comes through movement, not before it—just begin!

4. Cross the Midline
Have you ever gotten stuck in repetitive thoughts or emotional patterns? Here’s a simple trick to break the cycle: cross your body’s midline.

Try this:
1 Rate how "stuck" you feel on a scale of 1-10.
2 Grab an object (a pen, your phone, anything!) and slowly pass it from hand to hand across the center of your body.
3 After a minute, check in. Chances are, that number has dropped. Keep going until you feel clearer—aim for a 0-2.

This activates both hemispheres of your brain, helping you step out of mental loops and back into flow.

5. Clear It Out!
We often forget how much our space affects our energy. Feeling stuck? It might be time to clear your space!

Start small: tidy your desk, organize your closet, or clear out your inbox. Maybe even just tackle one drawer. When your space is clutter-free, you make room for new ideas and inspiration.

Think of it this way: a guest can’t enter if your doorway is blocked with clutter. Your next big idea is that guest—clear it out, and clarity will flow in.

6. Look at Your Inner Circle

They say you become like the five people you spend the most time with. Whether or not five is the magic number, one thing’s for sure—your energy is shaped by your circle.

Do the people around you inspire growth, or keep you stuck in the same old loops? No judgment—just awareness. If you’re feeling stuck, it might not be you. It might be the energy you’re surrounded by daily.

You don’t have to agree on everything. Like-minded is overrated. You don’t have to agree on everything. Like-hearted? That’s where the magic's at. The best relationships aren’t about thinking the same—they’re about valuing the same: growth, kindness, integrity, and evolution.

If your circle keeps you tethered to an old version of yourself, it might be time to make space for people who match where you’re going.
