3. Rituals of Presence

Presence turns an action into a ritual. Brush your teeth mindfully. Take a walk without your phone. Journal, meditate, or pause for a few deep breaths before you start your day. These micro-moments of landing in your body give your big, swirling ideas a place to ground and grow.
