It’s time to come back to ourselves—to return to our heart centers and shut out all of that other stuff. We can always filter Truth successfully when we run things through the heart.
One way to begin to do so is to pay attention to the space between—the break between thoughts and breaths. This is where the magic lies, and it is kind of the place we’ve been sitting for most of the year. Getting present there, even if only for a fraction of a second, brings our energy back to center and stillness. Then, from there, we can choose to expand that stillness, creating more sovereign moments that negate any effects of the whirlwind outside of us.
The time for us to adjust to a new way of being is over. It’s now necessary for us to be the lighthouses that we are and lead with love. This means holding the light when others aren’t able to hold it for themselves. We need to know and trust that we have others who will hold it down for us when we need them to do so, as well.

Every thought, word, and action needs to be an expression of Love, even those that lead to destruction. Tearing down or deconstructing is always an integral part of change.
What’s no longer working for us or our highest good? We can take these actions with great love, care and gratitude, but we need to take a stand and plow through anything that is not aligned with what is best for our souls in our own lives.
As we do this for ourselves, we show the collective how to accomplish it, as well. We provide the example of moving from the heart, even through the hard things.
There are times where we'll find ourselves feeling isolated or lonely, and this can cause energetic contraction, which is the exact opposite of the response that would be helpful. In order to attract the right people into our lives, we need to expand our vibration so they can feel it! Becoming conscious of this subconscious programming allows us to move back into choice instead of simple reactivity.
On the days where we feel overwhelmed, or like we just can't quite open to Love, the Angels invite us to ask for their assistance with the process. They will run the energy to us and through us. We just need to allow ourselves to embrace the world with love—the only energy that is infinite. Your intention to open your heart center and the vibration being sent through will attract more love to you.
Shutting down and making ourselves energetically smaller blocks us from love and connection. We need to move through the old energy of self-punishment and start embracing the love that is our birthright—Divine Love, human love, unconditional love. When we can truly stand rock solid in this, everything we attract in our lives will resonate at a higher vibration.
It can be hard for people to see eye-to-eye and overcome energetic disparity. The Angels are asking, at these times, that we allow them to show us the divine spark, the soul-level divine perfection of each person we encounter. When we can approach interactions having seen even a fraction of a person’s soul, it helps us to be rooted in love and compassion.
Approaching others with fear and anger ensures that that's what's mirrored back to us. Seeing the beauty in another creates more beautiful and loving interactions and a more pleasant mirroring effect. The energy that's created will be of service to the world.
Becoming open to increasing patience and kindness with each other, also allows us to release “negative” feelings quicker. They can move through without getting stuck because there is no lower vibration for them to cling to.
However, the Angels acknowledge that much of humanity has sunk into darkness in some way, shape, or form in recent times. They want to remind us that darkness always signifies a new beginning is imminent. The darkest moments have always led to growth and revolutionary thinking. Every night leads to light.
During this shift, it’s been necessary for each of us to explore the darkness that still resonates within, as well as in the Collective. The places where where anger and fear took over needed to be exposed, so that we could become aware and bring it to the Light by working through it. This is how we will create the new benevolently.
Sometimes this requires a lot of work, and it always requires willingness. This has been a time of voluntary willingness. Soul decisions have been made to ascend or to resist. The phase of voluntary willingness is ending, and, if we’ve been in resistance, it’s about to get very uncomfortable for us.
When we remember that our path, no matter who we are, is to move our soul through all the processes that are needed for learning and growth, we realize that resisting our evolution is futile, anyway. It's just going to take longer and the process is not going to be as smooth or pleasant because there will be harder lessons and more serious repercussions that occur when we make choices to move toward fear and away from love.
The Angels are telling us exactly how easy it can be to move out of this energy of collective darkness. It just takes one simple choice and having every fiber of your being on board with it. Our Angels are here to assist us with making that choice and to help release and resolve any resistance.
This time is also about each of us receiving validation about how we’ve grown and celebrating our evolution. The Angels are asking us to be truly present and cherish our time here with humanity and what we are going through. We are seeing our strengths and our deficits as individuals and as a society very clearly and it is giving us a beautiful fertile ground on which to make our future-facing choices.
The obstacles always create beauty in the end.
You have done the work to prepare for this time. You have everything that you need to make it through. You are strong. You are focused. You are powerful. Every being of Light is here surrounding you, supporting you through every aspect of this ascension process.
Begin to pay attention to the voices that are speaking from inside of you—about the new things you are here to create and do. Very often, these inspirations can move us into shock and then into inaction. The Angels and our guides want us to understand this natural response so that we can navigate through it when it happens.
The world is changing, and the world inside of us is experiencing the exact same changes. The new is seeking to manifest and is stirring up inside of us. The portal to birth that which is calling to you is rumbling and ready to open. All it takes is your time, attention, and willingness. The more you sit with it, the more you'll feel the excitement building underneath. That sense of excitement is how you know this is true guidance.
These same rumblings had been happening in the world outside of us for a very long time. When those rumblings go unheeded or ignored, the tsunami effect happens—that tidal wave of energy that comes in and changes everything at the exact same time. All because we didn't listen when we had the chance.
We're now being called to be the lighthouses that we are. We need to light the path so that people can find a way through their own confusion, fears, and thoughts.
At the same time, we are not to hold onto what is trying to give way in our lives in the name of fear and continuity. We are being asked to let go, and the Angels are assuring us that something more suited to us and better for where we are now is coming in its place. The trick is that the new can't come in until we release the old. Trust. Surrender to the process and let yourself be held (for a change).
Accept the invitation into a brighter future, and to let it be easy by allowing the infinite help and guidance that is there.

You are growing and evolving (as is the world). You have grown past so much of what was right for you before and you're growing into the next version of yourself. Do not seek to bring back the old ways. Let them go and be willing to play into what is new, what is evolving, what can be created in this time of infinite creative potential. Remain open like a child. Be willing to play. Be willing to experiment. Try new ways of being and doing things and see what fits. Above all, remember to feel feel everything. Let it run through you and don't stop it. Just let it run through. Run things that you're hearing or experiencing through your heart monitor to see what resonates. Let your guidance and your joy show you the way through. Let your angels and the rest of your divine team love you, guide you, and hold you through this whole process.
