The Ascension process has been a long and winding road for many, and the Angels are saying that finding inspiration is integral to our process of leveling up with increased ease right now.
First and foremost, the Angels want to celebrate you for all of the work you’ve done to get to this point. They understand that it’s been difficult at times, as they’ve been right by your side moving through it with you.
Once you move tons of energy, you get to a place where you can be in that higher vibration and experience the Joy of a job well done. However, instead of practicing en-Joy-ment, humanity’s tendency is to freak out about what's next and how to move to the next level quickly instead of fully appreciating where you are and what you’ve accomplished. These plateaus are your integration points and are there for you to en-Joy. It’s time to learn to appreciate them and BE instead of pressuring yourself to DO more.
When the energy starts moving again, you’ll always wish that you had taken those moments to take a deep breath and appreciate the view.
You are the way-showers of heart and soul-based living; here to show humanity what it's like to live from the heart and how doing so makes you less susceptible to being affected by energies outside of you.

Inspiration exists to fill you up, to fuel you, and to show you what comes next. It's really time for you to find the inspiration in this beautiful world. There’s so much here to be inspired by. No matter how many lifetimes you've lived or where you've lived them, you chose to be here at this magical moment while the Big Shift is happening.
This world is a place that is unlike any other where you get to experience things in completely unique ways, so the Angels want you to have your heart, mind, soul, and all of your senses open so that unfathomable moments of inspiration can reach you. There are countless miracles of nature that happen every day waiting to be seen, understood, and appreciated. These can be as simple as watching an ant carry a crumb that’s 10x it’s size or the sound leaves make when a breeze passes through them.
Inspiration is anything you experience that strikes something in you, excites you, and making you want to stay with it. Be fully present with what you are experiencing, letting your senses take over and en-Joy-ing it.
Many spiritually-focused people spend a lot of time trying to leave this world and this body behind. There’s nothing wrong with transcendental experiences—they are part of the spiritual process. However, these are a small part of the process.
Most have forgotten that the way to truly bolster your spiritual growth is to become fully present in this life experience. Humanity’s biggest learning is to get comfortable in this 3- and 4-D environment—to override the ego notion that you should not be part of a “vibration this low” and be fully present and embodied within it.
Your 5 senses are the key to doing just that. Through inspiration, you can use them to bring full presence back to this moment—whether watching an ant, appreciating the scent of a flower, or feeling a breeze blow across your skin. Within this, you will have a preference—your predominant sense. Lean into that one first.
When you are fully present, you are are grounded in the body. (And by definition, you are then in meditation!) Perhaps the greatest irony is that spiritual heights cannot be reached if you are not fully rooted in this reality.
Sitting for meditation is a great way to receive inspiration and receive so many other benefits. However, if one is not grounded before going into meditation, they might reach the inspiration and maybe even bring it back—but it can't go anywhere. If energy is not grounded to this reality, action can’t be taken and we are not being of service.
The inspiration may take a little while to integrate and manifest but our Angels want us to understand the process so that we can be more open to it and receive.
Inspiration does several things:
• It brings you into the present moment…and when you’re in the present moment, you’re in meditation. (That’s the very definition of meditation!)
• It creates an open energy pathway. Immediately. Everything that would have blocked messages from getting through falls away when you’re in full presence and full alignment.
• It opens and refreshes paths you might have forgotten about. Old ways of finding joy and fulfillment can be reopened, deepened, and rearranged to create something new.
• It overrides separation as you merge into Oneness. There is no separation between you and the ant, you and the scent, you and me, when we are in full presence with each other. You are the flower and the flower is you. You are the ant and the ant is you. This is that high spiritual state of enlightenment that everyone is seeking. Do you see how this is so powerful?
• It opens up the channels of creativity. And when you are in creative flow, there is no limit to what you can create and co-create in terms of the life and world that you want because you are in resonance with it.
Personal Share
The Angels have asked me to share a recent experience to illustrate this:
I was strolling through an art supply store and stopped when I saw a gigantic canvas. I felt inspired, and I asked the question, “Now, what could we do with that?”
Since I didn’t yet have the answer or a practical place to store it, I finished shopping and went home.
The very next day, I was speaking to someone who runs an art program and she was sharing about an art show she’ll be creating. She was sharing the stumbling blocks she was facing because her clients have difficulty working on projects independently.
A lightbulb went off in my head and I told her about the canvas I had seen. I asked what she thought of creating a group project where everyone worked on one piece. She LOVED the idea and then asked if I would be interested in helping her to put the show together. This is something that would actually bring me great Joy and use a skill set that I don’t always get to use!
Just asking the question while being in a moment of inspiration opened the pathways for things I would never have thought of but that are perfectly aligned to come my way! The same can happen for you.
Because inspiration is totally unique to you, it brings your frequency into resonance with energies that are perfectly aligned with your Joy and your genius. The magnetics immediately start working, bringing those things to your field. Resistance is nonexistent in that moment, so synchronicities are lined up! This can happen fairly quickly, as in the example that was shared.
Then, in order for energy to move on the physical plane, you need to be grounded. When not fully grounded you’re not completely receptive, simply because you’re not fully open to being a part of this world. Some energy is closed off. Openness to being part of this world creates the opening for energy to move efficiently. The things that bring you Joy can actually take root. Miracles can happen.
This is necessary for Ascension. If you can't get yourself to be part of this world and allow the inspiration to be part of your life, you cannot reach the next level. This is what the Angels want you to understand.This next level involves movement of energy as a result of being inspired. It’s how you’re going to know what to do next.
The Angels understand that sensitive and empathetic people have a lot to deal with. They get the penchant to overgive and the need for replenishment of energy, however, they notice the tendency of the spiritual sensitive to isolate and cut themselves off from the world when they most need inspiration. Yet these are the times when you need the world most—it’s how you inspiration can reach you.
They're urging you to shift the way you replenish slightly so that you can receive the influx of energy that comes along with feeling inspired. They're encouraging you to move out of any usual patterns of hiding and be more open to connection. So, if your usual way of recuperating is to be home on the couch reading a book, maybe at some point you go out and take a walk on a nature path instead (or in addition.) Allow all of your earthly senses to be open while doing this, bringing you into the moment and full presence.
You can’t be inspired if you're always doing the same thing the same way. It’s science.You’ve used the same neural pathways over and over. These pathways are like riverbeds—the more you use them, the deeper the grooves get. And the deeper they get, the harder it becomes to do something a different way. You create ruts.
When you do something in a new way, you change the flow, opening up a new neural pathway; pulling yourself out of that rut. It's a little bit of a shock to the system, shaking things up. In that moment of adjustment, you are open to new experiences, and can experience something you never have before. You’ve gotten yourself out of that deep groove. This can be as simple as walking down a different street to get to the same place you go every day or using a new essential oil in your home.
Remember, in order for you to move forward on the Ascension path, inspiration needs to be able to reach you and take root, so the fruits of the inspiration can be realized. This is how you’ll receive what's next. You have to be willing (or willing to be willing) to be fully present here on this planet. That can feel overwhelming, but it will bring you clarity and fulfillment.
You we can do this one breath at a time, and together with others who experience the world in the way you do. Reach out to people like you. Find spaces where there are sensitives who understand. They can support you in this, and you can support them.
Become more open to your inspiration so that you can truly do the Work that you're here to do, hold the vibration that you're here to hold, and receive with full openness the messages and the guidance that are yours. You're here to make this world that much better, and we need you. We want you to be in your full Joy so that your Angels know exactly what to send your way!
