In a world that’s constantly buzzing and bombarding us with information, it can be tough (okay, nearly impossible) to know which thoughts, feelings, and energies are truly ours—especially when we're so attuned to everyone else's vibes!
Just this weekend, I found myself feeling all kinds of *whomp, whomp* about something, and I couldn’t figure out why. So, I hit pause and asked, “Whose voice am I hearing?” And then, I listened.

Sure enough, it wasn’t mine! It was the voice of someone I’d been thinking about and sending good vibes to all day. As sensitive empaths, connecting deeply with others is our superpower. But here’s the kicker—remembering to disconnect is another one.
Once I reset and tuned into myself, I realized I was actually thrilled about the situation! It brought a lightness and freedom I hadn’t felt in a while. If I hadn’t paused, I would’ve missed out on this incredible shift.
As world-changers, it's our duty to listen in and hear our own voice. This is how we ensure our actions are aligned with our soul’s true calling. But let's be real, it’s not always easy, especially when we’re running on empty—hungry, angry, lonely, tired, overworked, or overly invested in someone else’s journey… You get the picture!
So, how do we come back to ourselves?
???? Pause and listen in.
???? Practice radical self-care.
???? Surround yourself with understanding souls.
???? Use tools that energetically plug you back into YOU.
????️ Extend yourself the same grace you give to others.
