One of the biggest themes on the table right now is resistance—you know, that feeling of pushing back against what’s happening around us. We’re seeing it everywhere, both personally and globally. But here’s the good news: understanding this resistance is the first step to moving beyond it!

The Wake-Up Call
Isn’t it incredible to witness so many souls waking up to their True Selves? Many of us embarked on our spiritual journeys out of necessity, reaching for something deeper when all else failed. But now, a new wave of awakening is occurring, with many people finding their gifts and abilities without even looking for them. Can I get an “Amen”? 

This is our moment to extend a hand to those who are just starting their journeys. Remember when you were in that place? Let’s show them they’re not alone and that it’s totally okay to feel a little lost. We’re all on this journey together, and there’s no race!

Balancing Energies
Right now, we’re experiencing a powerful rebalancing of feminine energy. She’s risen with a fierce grace, and the world is feeling it! The out-of-balance masculine energy is grappling with the idea of letting go and embracing the nurturing, loving feminine. This balance is essential for us to step into our Divine Child energy—joy, love, innocence, and happiness.

However, here’s the kicker: to embody this energy, we first need to excavate and heal the parts of ourselves that are still clinging to old, outdated beliefs. We have to face the illusions we’ve adopted, whether personal or collective, and acknowledge that it’s perfectly human to stumble along the way.

Embrace Your Journey
Mistakes are not failures; they are stepping stones! Just like children learn by doing, we’re here to learn and grow. The Archangels are encouraging you to embrace your missteps—acknowledge them, learn from them, and let them go. This is how we evolve.

Visualizing Your Energy
Imagine your energy like a beautiful flower. ???? You open up to the light and the things that resonate with you. But, just like flowers close at night, it’s important for you to also retreat and recharge when necessary.

You are not here to fix every single problem in the world. Instead, you’re meant to hold the Light so that the right solutions can emerge. When your gut tells you it’s your time to shine, listen! And when it’s time to rest, give yourself permission to close those petals and replenish your energy.

So, let’s recap! When you feel that nagging urge to do more, pause and ask yourself, “Is this mine to solve?” If it isn’t, allow yourself to step back, hold the light, and conserve your energy for when you can make the biggest impact.

Your Superpower: Energy Filtering
It's easy to pick up residual energies—especially if you're naturally sensitive. Did you know your body has a built-in filter? It’s called your body elemental! Spend some time connecting with this aspect of yourself, telling it what energies you want to welcome in and what you’d like to send packing. Clearing your energy field daily is a game changer, especially as we dive deeper into our healing journeys.

A favorite clearing technique of mine and many of my clients? Shake off that stagnant energy! Just like a dog after a swim, imagine shaking off any energy that doesn’t belong to you, watching it dissolve into the Light.

Visualize your Angels gathering up those stray energies and transmuting them, or see the violet flame surrounding you, turning any residue into pure, supportive light. Keep your energy field clear, so you can shine brightly in the world without being weighed down.

Your Sensitivity is Your Superpower
I want you to remember: your sensitivity, your empathy, and your love are your superpowers. As the world wakes up to its own empathy, and you’re here to guide simply by being your Authentic Self. Lean into that, and trust that your Angels, Guides, and Universe support you as you continue this journey.
